API with GDELT data at the regional level

Did you know that you can use an API to display instability scores computed from GDELT data?

Below, an example for the French region (first administrative level):

https://api.gdeltproject.org/api/

which produces the following result:

Changing the option OUTPUT=viz by OUTPUT=csv produces a CSV file:

You can try for Brazilian regions by changing LOC=FR by LOC=BR and paste the result in your search bar:
